Dino would like to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy his services, that’s why he’s answered a few questions that you’d most likely have right off the bat. Please see below for the questions and respective answers.
In order to create our community and get the wheels turning, Dino will kick-start his Deli experience and super slick delivery service twice weekly. Being a foodie and understanding that the key to ensuring both fresh and quality produce is having timely access, our delivery days will fall on Fridays, to get you ready for the weekend, and Tuesdays, to ease you into the week.
To ensure that your orders arrive in a timely fashion, please make sure you place your order for a delivery on a Friday anytime after 5pm on a Sunday and before 5pm the following Wednesday and for a delivery on a Tuesday anytime after 5pm on a Wednesday and before 5pm the following Sunday. At first this may take a little time getting used to, but once our community gets the wheels turning creating a snowball effect all of your orders will arrive timely week-in and week-out.
For all our fresh fish orders, deliveries will only be available every Friday. However, all of our subscribers will be linked up to our Facebook account and Instagram account and will be notified daily of our fresh catches and delivery will be made available daily during the week personally by Dino to your doorstep.
FRESH CATCH OF THE DAY SUBSCRIBERS
All subscribers will be asked to join our Instagram and FB handles along with filling in their WhatsApp details in order to be updated on a daily basis on our “Fresh catch of the day”. A Broadcast message on WhatsApp and email will be sent between 6:00am-7:30am every morning. For same day delivery all orders will need to be placed before the 11am cut-off time for same day delivery on our FB shopping store. Any orders received after 11am will be delivered the following day.
Subscribers can look forward to great monthly specials and monthly basket offerings getting you ready for the month. Whether you are a bachelor or bachelorette, Dino takes the hassle away from you trying to keep up with the household shopping whilst leading a demanding lifestyle both in the workplace and at home. Dino offers a variety of subscription models based on age, job and status, which are as follows:
- Bachelor Specials
- Just for two
- Family Package
- Weekly or a Monthly subscription package of your choice) which includes delivery. This option will be billed on the anniversary (monthly or weekly) of when the subscription order was placed and will be delivered on the next available delivery date. Please refer to delivery schedules above
- Some once-off purchase products also have the option of subscribing to them either monthly or weekly. If you choose to subscribe to a certain product you will be billed on the anniversary (weekly or monthly) of when the subscription order was placed.
Standard delivery fees of R50 per order will apply for these products unless your total subscription order is over R600, in which case delivery would be free.

- Walmer Estate
- University Estate
- Salt River
- Hout Bay
- Camps Bay
- Bantry Bay
- Sea Point
- Green Point
- De Waterkant
If your delivery address and postal code does not match any of these neighbourhoods on checkout, your order will not be processed. If you would like your neighbourhood to be included in the future, please drop Dino a line in the ‘Contact Us’ page and he will make sure you are included in all communications going forward regarding service expansion plans.

Dino does his utmost to ensure that you, the client, are 100% happy with his goods and services and will collect and replace any products that you think don’t live up to this promise. Dino has built a close relationship with all of his suppliers who share his values of professionalism and ethically farmed/sourced or fished Class A produce and are all certified across the Western Cape, giving you, the “customer”, conscious free piece of mind when shopping online.
This ensures that competency breeds excellence in delivering the freshest produce to you, leaving an exceedingly small margin for error. If your delivery is received in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us and we will arrange to collect the item for inspection, to determine whether to issue a full refund or replacement order. In order to do so, please ensure that all items received in an unsatisfactory condition are not consumed or opened and are returned to us in exactly the same condition in which they were received. If it is determined that a refund is warranted, the refund amount will be paid to you within 14 days of receipt by us of the unsatisfactory item.
